Terms of service

Effective 2 October 2026

Orelune is operated by Rahul Kiran Sethuram. By connecting to or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

The service

Orelune helps you bring your own pieces into one closet, search them, put looks together, make studio shots and request virtual try-ons in ChatGPT or on the web. Generated images are illustrations, not measurements or promises of fit, appearance, quality or suitability. Check anything important for yourself.

Your content and permission

Your photos, piece details and other content remain yours. You give us and the providers needed to run the service permission to host, copy, analyse, transform and display that content only to provide Orelune. This includes making an automatic studio shot when you add a piece photo. Upload only content you have the right to use. For a try-on, upload photos of yourself only; if someone else appears in a piece photo, get their permission before you upload it.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe anyone else's rights, submit exploitative or harmful content, try to enter another person's closet, or interfere with the service or its limits. Keep private upload and image links to yourself.

Plans and availability

Free has usage limits. The current limits are on our plans page and may change. Plus is coming soon; you cannot buy it here or in ChatGPT. Image generation relies on outside providers and may fail or be unavailable. We may change, pause or discontinue features and cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free service.

Termination and deletion

You can disconnect the app in ChatGPT whenever you like. To delete your account and service data, use Settings in the web app or email support@orelune.app from your sign-in address. We may restrict access for misuse. Our privacy policy explains what deletion removes and which outside copies may remain.

No warranty and liability

To the extent the law permits, the service is provided “as is,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or continuous availability. To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses from using it. Nothing here excludes liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms by posting the revised text and effective date here. If you keep using the service after the changes take effect, you accept the revised terms. The laws of the United Arab Emirates govern these terms, and disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai, subject to any mandatory consumer rights you have. Questions? Write to support@orelune.app.
